Orientation week kicked off by waking up early on a Saturday morning. The first years were all set to learn about the built and cultural history of Pune.
The excitement was palpable at out first stop- @Pataleshwarcaves! After looking around the oldest structure in Pune, we proceeded to @Shaniwarwada.
The ruins are still so majestic that it was easy to be transported back in time. @Tulshibaugrammandir was beautiful- so dignified among the chaos. @Vishrambaugwada we admired the wonderful timber carvings and finally visited @Shindechhatri to see the symphone if different stones carved in magnificence. None if this would have been possible without @heritageindia! Had an illuminating experience.
