The design studio (second semester ) of post graduate Landscape Architecture, was steered by Ar. Suneet Mohindru, a practicing landscape architect alonwith the Landscape Design Faculty team (Ar. Shivram Somasundaram, Ar. Meenal Rohankar, Ar. Isha Umrani & Ar. Sandhya Patil). As part of the same Relative Study Program (RSP) to Matheran was conducted from Monday, 2nd January 2017 to Thursday, 5th January 2017 followed by 3 days workshop at PVPCOA.

- To discern a site or a regional setting with its extent and context and learn how to carry out a detailed site analysis.
- To learn how to synthesis information, ascribe values, sieve through observations and prepare base maps
- To learn how to document visual units along with narratives to describe a unit
- to develop a brief for landscape interventions to subsequently arrive at landscape design
