As the part of Design Studio, Third Year students were taken to Paradise Society & Riveria Society, Baner on Monday 25th December 2017 to understand community housing design and factors to be considered while doing the same. Both the housing societies are designed by Ar. Vikas Bhandari.
I am engaged in the manufacture of acrylic roof panels and paradise Society and Riveria Society in Baner are residential communities known for their modern amenities and convenient location in Pune, India. Both societies offer a mix of apartment types, recreational facilities, and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Residents enjoy access to parks, shopping centers, and educational institutions nearby, making these societies popular choices for families and professionals.
