UNDO - REDO : 1st yr exercise 12-08-2010 to 14-08-2010

In the second week of the term, the 1st year students were taken to the previous campus of PVPCOA at Hadapsar. They studied and documented the entire display of students work  and packed each and every panel very meticulously with a coding system, which was then brought to the new campus at Pirangut. The students got to learn design of exhibition space and also how a coding system and drawings can help communicate a space in detail.

Visit by Ar. James Belluardo, New York

Ar. James Belluardo, New York, visited the school and went through the work put up by the Ist yr students during their orientation workshop. He further interacted with all the students from the school on the issue of green cities. He expressed his views about the environmental issues in India and America as a comparison. The students and the faculty were benefitted by the discussion followed by his talk.

Orientation week A - STREET 03-08-2010 to 09-08-2010

The first week of Ist B.Arch students started with an Orientation workshop specially organized for them. The students enjoyed working in groups and put up an impressive installation based on the theme ‘ Street scape ‘ - 5000 BC to 5000 AD. They learnt some creative skills as an introduction to architecture.
