Relative Study Program : Nebapur - 18/01/2012 - 22/01/2012
Students of I year B. Arch. visited Nebapur, Panhala for their Relative Study Programme. Aim of this visit was to understand architecture of this region with respect to the climatic context and applying this understanding in today's context. Students documented this complete settlement in terms of its layout, climate, people, culture, building technology, etc.

SHEAR FORCE : Inter College Football Tournament - 14/01/2012 - 15/01/2012
We have started an annual Inter-college sports event - 'SHEAR FORCE', which gives an opportunity for architecture students to participate enthusiastically on the field.
This year we had organised an Inter-college Football Tournament on 14th & 15th Jan 2012. All architecture colleges in Pune participated in the event to make it a success with tremendous hardwork put in by student volunteers and the support extended by Mr. Pankaj Gundecha of Pushkar Developers.
The semi-finals were between ACOA v/s PVPCOA and SCOA v/s BVPCOA, with PVPCOA and SCOA making it to finals.
Team SCOA won the tournament while Mayur of PVPCOA was honoured as the "Best player of the Tournament" and Ashwin and Ajinkya of SCOA scoring maximum goals. Prizes were distributed at the hands of Mr. Abhay Chhajjed, Mr. Jitendra Pitaliya, Ar. Prasanna Desai and Mr. Pankaj Gundecha.

Presentation & Interactive Session : "Reimagining Pune : Learning through Comparisons" by Ar. Aditya Inamdar, Pennsylvania - 06/01/2012
Ar. Aditya Inamdar who is currently pursuing his Post Graduation from University of Pennsylvania presented his current research on Development Contrl Rules, City Administration from Tools and Streets from Systems. He explained through slide presentation how Pune is administered and how it might change in lieu of certain constitutional changes.
